Captain Muramatsu, Arashi, and Fuji visit Children's Hall with its huge, domed ceiling. Suddenly, a bright light penetrates the dome. Generated by Zaragas, a monster from underground, the rays temporarily blind Arashi. After a short defeat, the monster sheds its shell and becomes more violent.
