Manny fürchtet sich vor Achterbahnen. Als er deshalb eine Geburtstagsparty auslassen will, ermutigt Gloria ihren Sohn, sich seinen Ängsten zu stellen. Im Vergnügungspark angekommen, stellt sich jedoch bald heraus, dass Manny nicht der einzige mit Angst vor Achterbahnen ist. Haley tritt indes zum wiederholten Mal zur Führerscheinprüfung an. Ein weiteres Durchfallen kommt für sie nicht in Frage, da sie sonst weiterhin auf Claires Fahrdienste angewiesen wäre. (ORF)

It's funny, I was worried about the Valentine's Day episode and it turned out great, but I had high hopes for this one and ended up a bit disappointed. The two hysterical characters didn’t really amuse me this time, and the rest of the plot wasn’t very convincing either. What saved the episode for me were the driving lessons and Phil’s parenting style. 4*- "All right, left turn." "Here?" "At the intersection, yeah."
