Kriegsveteran John hat sich eine kleine Farm gekauft. Als er eines Tages sein Grundstück begutachtet, trifft er auf die hübsche Aleya. Diese stellt sich als eine Krieger-Prinzessin heraus und ist durch ein Tor aus einer anderen Dimension auf Johns Grundstück gekommen. Und aus diesem Tor kommen jetzt jede Menge Orks und andere Bösewichte. Jetzt muss John den Aragorn geben! Die Orks sind unter uns! (TELE 5)

Will even pistol shots be done digitally now? Considering it's labeled as an amateur film, a budget of around $1,500,000 is quite substantial. Yes, in Hollywood, it's not much, but even with that, something can be made. For example, this. Terrible effects, bad actors, and on top of that, a clichéd story about people standing up against orcs. It is a war that is brought into the present. It’s an interesting concept, but not particularly well-made. The execution itself was poor. It must be acknowledged that the masks were well done, though. But they're too similar to the ones in The Lord of the Rings. Where's a little originality? What else should amateur projects rely on?
