It’s pretty good, although I feel like the films in this series are unnecessarily long, mostly because they take themselves too seriously and feel like they actually have a story to tell and that what they're telling is actually a good, expansive saga. I don't think it's all that great, but still, Rise of the Footsoldier is at least average.

After the Range Rover massacre with shotguns, Carlton Leach faces serious issues with paranoia, his partner, and a white powder up his nose that definitely isn’t doughnut sugar. The development of his character, who knows well that you can't just step off this infernal merry-go-round, brings at least a sliver of audience sympathy. However, those familiar with the realities won't be worried about him, especially when he manages to embrace himself in the VIP box of the Hammers. In charming Essex slang, you could say that the second part is sick.
